About RawMeaters

We eat food the way it comes.

  1. 01

    Raw is the original diet

For most of human history, animal foods were eaten fresh: fat, organs, meat, milk. Heat changes food. We go back to the source.

  2. 02

    Fat is the fuel

Following Aajonus Vonderplanitz's Primal Diet, raw fat (butter, cream, marrow) sits at the center of every meal, not on the sidelines.

  3. 03

    Source is everything

Pastured animals, unwashed eggs, raw milk straight from the farm. When you eat raw, the quality of the source is the whole game.
